◇ The problem we solve

Right now, the business runs on you.

Growth that depends on the owner isn't leverage — it's a ceiling. The Engine exists to move the repeatable work off your desk without giving up the judgment calls that matter.

Before
Every path runs through one person.
  • 01The owner quotes every job by hand.
  • 02Calls depend on the owner picking up.
  • 03Follow-up runs on memory.
  • 04Reporting is rebuilt from scratch every week.
  • 05Growth adds hours, not leverage.
After
The system carries the repeatable load.
  • 01Leads arrive pre-qualified and structured.
  • 02Quotes calculate themselves.
  • 03Follow-ups send on schedule.
  • 04Reporting stays visible without rebuilding it.
  • 05Human approval stays where judgment matters.
  • 06The business is less dependent on you, day to day.

That is the path the AI Front Door starts. The Connected Operations Layer carries it through the rest of the business.

◇ The standard behind the work

Reviewed against the Beatitude Standard.

Eight commitments, one review gate — the standard every system we ship has to pass.

Every system we ship is reviewed through the Beatitude Engine, Matthew 5:3–10.

Eight commitments — drawn from the Beatitudes and translated into plain operating standards — govern how we scope, build, and hand over the work. Not a slogan; a review gate. If a build doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

◇ The methodology · Our delivery method

The Engine. Five phases. Same shape every time.

Built because the standard consulting playbook — discovery deck, six-month timeline, twelve-person team — doesn't fit a founder-led business. This does. Every engagement runs the same repeatable structure. No scope creep, no hand-offs.

◇ Plate · The Engine · Five phases
Diagram 03 · v1.4
01  ASSESS 02  ALIGN 03  ARCHITECT 04  ACTIVATE 05  AMPLIFY
Irregular input · aligned into one repeatable shape
PHASE 01 · LISTEN

Assess.

We sit in the business before we propose anything.

Two on-site sessions. We map systems, data flows, manual handoffs, and the places where the owner's judgment is currently required every day. No template diagnostic — we leave with a one-page operational read.

Days 01–02
PHASE 02 · LOCATE

Align.

Where AI compounds. Where it's a distraction.

We rank candidate initiatives by ROI, time-to-value, and fragility. Half the value of this phase is what we tell you not to build. You leave with a costed, ranked roadmap — even if you stop here.

Day 03
PHASE 03 · DESIGN

Architect.

Vendor-neutral system design. Specific tools, specific costs.

The design happens with your team in the room. Every decision is written down next to the alternative we considered. The site, the automations, the flow of information — drawn before it's built.

Day 04
PHASE 04 · BUILD

Activate.

We ship. Production-ready, live in days not weeks.

Your Front Door goes live within the engagement window. Automations roll out in stages, each with a rollback path. In the final stretch we build side by side with whoever will own this on your team, so they are confident running it after we leave.

Days 05–09
PHASE 05 · ENDURE

Amplify.

Ninety-day shadow. We leave when it runs without us.

Most agencies disappear the day it ships. We stay through the first weeks of real use, write the SOPs, set up simple reporting you can actually read, and answer questions in a shared thread while things stabilize. Retainer clients get continuous iteration. Front Door clients get a clean handover and a system that runs without us.

Day 10+
Speed comes from the shape — not from skipping steps.
AGV—04
◇ In the field · Three businesses

One Engine. Builds in the field.

We don't run a logo wall. We show what we shipped and what it changed — three founder-led businesses, three different builds, each handed over clean.

AGV—05
◇ How the work gets done

Three principles. Non-negotiable.

These are the lines we don't cross — the reasons clients tell us the engagement felt different from every agency they hired before.

PRINCIPLE 01

Excellence — not theater.

Speed matters. So does craftsmanship. We don't deliver drafts dressed up as finished work. If it ships under the Agavi name, it has been tested, refined, and handed over with documentation.

PRINCIPLE 02

Stewardship — not ownership.

We build inside someone else's business. That earns a specific kind of care — vendor-neutral recommendations, honest scope, and the discipline to say when an automation would create more problems than it solves.

PRINCIPLE 03

Service — not software.

The product is not a dashboard. The product is a working operating layer that runs without the owner's daily attention. We stay until it does — then we leave.

AGV—06
◇ Productized engagements · Posted prices

What it costs. What you get.

Four posted engagements. One path — on-site, owner-direct, end-to-end. No sales funnel between you and the price.

ASSESS + ALIGN · ONE-TIME

AI FRONT DOOR · ONE-TIME

OPERATIONS RETAINER · MONTHLY

Operations
Retainer.

The system kept sharp — lead nurture, scheduling, follow-up, reporting, and a monthly strategy call, with ongoing iteration as your operation changes. Pairs with the Connected Operations Layer.

$3,000 / month
Month-to-month · cancel anytime · no minimum
Begin intake →

Have one specific bottleneck in mind? Missed-call text-back, instant quoting, invoice matching — ask about a single-workflow sprint. One self-contained build, scoped in your diagnostic, no retainer required.

You are never locked in. Everything is month-to-month, you own the code, and you can walk anytime. The retainer earns its keep or it ends.

One path, in order: Paid Diagnostic → AI Front Door → Connected Operations Layer. Net setup is $17,500 after the $2,500 diagnostic credit, plus the $3,000/month retainer. For most owners that runs less than the admin hire they have been putting off — and it hands back the nights spent quoting and chasing follow-up. Most see the full system live within a couple weeks of the first session.

◇ Who we are

An East Valley family operation.

Owner-direct by design: two on-site discovery sessions, one accountable operator, and continuity from strategy through go-live.

Agavi AI is led by Al Messamore and built as a family operation in Chandler, Arizona. We work with founder-led service businesses who want AI that fits the way the business actually runs — not the way a platform vendor imagines it should.

No offshore delivery. No bloated project team. If the system doesn't work after handover, we don't leave. The retainer is for ongoing strategy and iteration — not for keeping the lights on. You own the code.

"The work itself has to honor the people we build it for. Speed without excellence is noise. Automation without stewardship is theater. We build slowly enough to do it right and fast enough to matter."

Why we call it the Beatitude Engine

The methodology shares its name with the eight Beatitudes from Matthew 5. Every system we ship is reviewed through the Beatitude Engine, Matthew 5:3–10 — eight commitments that govern how the work is scoped, built, and handed over. Plainspoken, not preachy. It's how we work, not what we sell.

ExcellenceCraftsmanship at every delivery — tested, documented, handed over clean
StewardshipVendor-neutral, owner-first — we build inside your business with care
ServiceThe product is a working system, not a finished report
IntegrityHonest scope, honest pricing, honest timelines
RestThe goal is an owner who no longer carries the repetitive load alone

◇ Plainly answered

What owners actually ask first.

If your question isn't here, the discovery call is a real conversation — bring it then.

The highest-leverage tier — AI that works directly inside the tools you already use: CRM, email, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, internal databases. It reads what you approve, drafts and prepares actions, and moves information between systems — with human sign-off on anything sensitive and a log of what it did. It is built on Claude and plugs into your tools through secure, permissioned connections. $10,000 setup, paired with the $3,000/month retainer, month-to-month with no minimum. Scoped specifically during discovery.

Front Door engagements are one-time. Retainers are month-to-month — cancel any month, no minimum. Connected Operations integrations take a little time to settle in, so most owners give it a few months, but you are never locked in.

Two in-person sessions at your location in the East Valley. We walk your workflow, observe how work actually moves through your team, and map the systems you're using. Remote-only engagements are not how we start — the on-site sessions are non-negotiable for Foundation work.

Landscaping is the live industry with pre-built templates and automations. HVAC, Dental, and Property Management are available by inquiry — we scope those engagements individually. Any founder-led East Valley service business is worth a conversation regardless of industry.

Start with the Paid Diagnostic — two on-site sessions, a written report, and prioritized recommendations for $2,500. It credits in full toward any Front Door or Connected Operations engagement. If you want the website and Google Business Profile without ongoing automation, the AI Front Door is a one-time engagement with a clean handover. If you decide to layer automation on top later, the work is already scoped in the report we deliver at close.

You do — 100% of it. Source code, hosting configuration, and access credentials transfer to you at the close of every Front Door engagement. Nothing is held behind a subscription, and there are no license fees. The retainer is for ongoing strategy and iteration — not for keeping the lights on.
